Have you always wanted to cook Jamaican Curry Goat but had no idea where to begin?  We make it simple for you to cook and enjoy the dishes you love without the fuss.    This packet has a blend of Jamaican herbs and spices that are guaranteed to give an Authentic Jamaican Curry Goat flavor.  

Ingredients: Curry Powder, Herbs, Spices, Citric Acid, Thyme, Garlic, and Scotch Bonnet Pepper & Pimento 

Instructions: Empty entire package of seasoning unto 2 pounds chopped goat meat (Goat chopped into small pieces from your local butcher) add 3 TBSP of olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic and mix well.  Put in pan on high heat turning constantly for 5 minutes. Add 5 cups water simmer on medium heat until meat is tender and sauce thickens.  Serve with rice or vegetables.  Serves 4-5 people
