How to turn off the 3 blue lights in standby state?

You can turn them off by holding the defogger button for 3 seconds.
Is the fog removal covered the whole mirror？

For energy-saving, the mirror is designed with partial heating pad located on the center of the mirror but not over the whole mirror. Therefore, the fog removal effect weakens from the center to the edge(the heating pads varies among different sizes)
